    JaysonSellsCars Ltd. is the personal brand of Jayson Gazloff, Sales Consultant at Valley Mitsubishi, located at 2350 Enterprise Way, Kelowna, BC V1X 4H7. When you share your information with us through this website, it may be used by both JaysonSellsCars Ltd. and Valley Mitsubishi for the purposes described below, including vehicle sales, test drives, financing applications, and customer follow-up.

    • Submit a test drive booking, contact form, or Build & Price inquiry on our website

    • Complete a credit application

    • Provide your details on an in-store guest sheet at Valley Mitsubishi

    SMS Messaging Policy

    1. Purpose

    SMS will be used to provide timely and relevant information regarding: appointment reminders, vehicle availability and updates, sales promotions or special offers, order status updates, customer support inquiries, and other essential customer-related information.

    2. Consent & Opt-In

    You will be asked to provide explicit consent before receiving SMS messages, via a sign-up form, phone call, or in person at the dealership. Consent will be documented in compliance with applicable laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

    3. Frequency

    Promotional messages will be sent no more than 2–3 times per month. Operational messages (reminders, order updates) will be sent only when necessary.

    4. Message Guidelines

    Messages will be brief, professional, and relevant to your inquiry or prior interactions. Messages will never be sent unsolicited — only to customers who have opted in.

    5. Opt-Out

    Every SMS will include opt-out instructions (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe"). Upon receiving an opt-out request, you will be immediately removed from our messaging list and receive a confirmation.
